In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service within 14 days of arrival to arrange the return of your item.

Replacements
All our items are checked before dispatch to make sure that they are of the highest quality. If your item is faulty for any reason, then please contact us within 14 days to arrange a replacement.
Once we have received the faulty item, a replacement will be sent out. The postage for this replacement is free of charge. If you would prefer a refund for faulty goods, we will refund the cost of the product, excluding any postage costs.

Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by telephone on 02084575719 or email info@drpjaestheticclinic.com
Refused & Undeliverable Packages
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim may be returned to our warehouse by the postal service provider. If you wish for the parcel to be resent there will be an additional postage cost of £4 for UK parcels or £8.50 for international.
