Skin Tightening

There are many reasons why a person might have loose, sagging skin. This condition is not only something that is exclusive to age when there is a marked decrease in the production of collagen, loss of elasticity and fat in the skin. It can also be due to pregnancy, weight loss or cellulite. Skin tightening is becoming more and more popular and many people are looking for easier, less invasive solutions as alternatives to traditional facelifts and tightening of the body's skin. We house a large variety of skin tightening treatments such as High Intensity Focused Ultra-sound (HIFU), Radiofrequency (RF) treatment, DermaPen, and Micro-Needle Skin Therapy.  We also employ a combination of micro-needles and radiofrequency. Because we have most state of the art technologies, we are able to offer what we believe to be the best possible bespoke treatment plan available to our clients. We believe that our clients will be satisfied in that with most of our treatments, you will be able to see impressive, long lasting results.

  • How does High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) work?

  • Targeting the second layer of the skin, dermis, we use ultrasound technology which produces heat energy that stimulates collagen production. At the same time, it provides lifting and tightening by stimulating repair at a deeper level, without the need for surgery. We have seen great results on the face and neck areas and studies are showing that HIFU can also be used for treatments on the entire body.

  • How does Radiofrequency (RF) work?

  • Also known as Deep Tissue Radiofrequency is the strongest and most effective radiofrequency technology for skin tightening, yet it is also the most comfortable. We are so confident in its effectiveness that we are able to guarantee that with repeated treatments, the positive changes will become semi-permanent. We stress semi-permanent because the body is changing at all times and therefore nothing is permanent. An applicator delivers the heat to the inner layer of the skin during Radiofrequency treatments. The warming of the skin affects the superficial as well as the deep skin tissue, which causes immediate collagen production and tightening.  Radiofrequency helps to concentrate the body's collagen fibres and encourages the quick regeneration of the collagen and elastin that we lose. This results in a firmer, tighter skin.

  • What is the combination of micro-needles and radiofrequency?

  • We typically recommend our very powerful, yet pain-free and very comfortable Micro-needling RF that also include the best electro-mesotherapy available. Electro-mesotherapy is excellent for skin tightening anywhere on the body. Leading to more substantial skin tightening, this particular procedure allows us to deal with a variety of diverse issues such as improvement in skin quality and texture, skin brightening, pore size reduction and stretch marks.  We have found that it is an excellent method for dealing with scars, such as deep acne scars, ice pick scars, atrophic scars, burn and operation scars.

  • When will I notice results?

  • This is a treatment that will show results progressively. However, optimum results will be seen in as little as 2-3 months.

  • How many treatments will I need?

  • Even though, HIFU treatment is an annually perform treatment, we typically recommend 6-9 sessions in the same area at differing intervals for other treatments.
